Seasonal business? You can change plan at any time from Billing → Change Plan. Move up for the summer rush and back down when it’s quiet. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you pay the difference for the rest of the billing period.

What counts as a device?

A device is a till running the POSable app: an Android tablet or a Windows PC. Your plan sets how many tills can be signed in (5 or 10). You can manage them under Device Management in the dashboard.

These don’t use up a till slot:

  • the cloud dashboard, used in any web browser
  • the Shop Floor web app on staff phones or tablets
  • the loyalty app your customers use

Are there any other costs?

POSable doesn’t charge setup fees, transaction fees, support fees or upgrade fees. The only other costs come from outside POSable:

Don’t just compare till prices. A “free” till can cost far more in card fees. On £50,000 a year of card takings, a 1.75% rate costs £875 a year, while a 0.40% rate costs £200. That’s a £675 difference, and it would pay for Plan 1 for nearly three years.
