General Questions
POSable is a professional point-of-sale system designed for UK & EU businesses. It includes an Android app for tablets, a web-based dashboard, offline functionality, cash & card payment processing, receipt printing, and comprehensive analytics.
The admin dashboard is your staff, inventory management, sales and analytics area. This is where you create your categories and products you wish to display on the app. Set prices and stock levels which will automatically decrease with every sale unless disabled.
On the app itself you can take payments by all major credit/debit cards, cash and also split the payment between cash and card.
Receipt printing is optional and if you added a barcode to the product you can scan this with a bluetooth or usb barcode scanner which will automatically discover the product and display it on the app screen.
The app also has a hold system so you can hold a customers order, serve someone else and then easily bring their order back onto the screen for completion.
POSable also has an offline mode. All users, sales, categories and products are stored on a local database on each tablet. If the internet goes down or you are in a remote location without internet you can still process sales on the app and it will sync all the data to the admin dashboard when a network broadcast is detected.
Card payments via myPOS Go 2 can be taken via 4g at no extra cost giving you the ability to accept sales anytime anywhere.
Stripe Wisepad 3 requires an internet connection. However, you can also use your own phone as a hot spot using a 4g or 5g network to use Stripe for card transactions.
See our features page for a full list of what POSable can do for you.

Features & Functionality
POSable integrates with both myPOS and Stripe for card payments.
As leading card payment providers with low rates* these are our preferred payment processors as the card terminals are reliable with a low cost outlay.
Both have their own features and we recommend having both for redundancy. POSable enables you to switch between payment providers in seconds should you require it.
myPOS offers rates from 0.99% plus a transaction fee. Daily payouts and their own app to manage your myPOS account. The GO 2 card terminal is a USB connected device only which means it has to be connected to your tablet at all times to take payments. It also comes with a free data sim card for 4g payments or you can connect to WIFI. The GO 2 terminal also has offline payments should either of those not be available.
Stripe payments are via their Wisepad 3 terminal. This differs from the myPOS GO 2 terminal in that it is bluetooth connected so more portable.
It does, however, require a internet connection either via WIFI or 4G (not included) to process payments and the starting rate for payments is 1.79%
Both myPOS and Stripe terminals have internal batteries which will last on average for over 24 hours. They will require charging if in constant use. The myPOS GO 2 will charge automatically via the USB connection and the Stripe terminal will require being connected via USB to charge.
*Processing fees subject to change and are correct at the time of writing. They are also negotiable and subject to volume and POSable is not responsible for the fees applied to your account. You should discuss the fee that you will be charged with the payment provider.

When your internet connection is lost, POSable continues to work normally. You can process sales, print receipts, and manage inventory. When the connection returns, everything automatically syncs to the cloud.

It depends on your requirements.
For example: You have a coffee shop business. Brews Ltd and have multiple shops selling and all sales and expenditure are recorded for Brews Ltd. In this instance you can use the professional plan and have a device in each shop as all sales are recorded in a single dashboard.
However, if say you have multiple businesses and need to see individual sales and have seperate inventories then no, you cannot split the 5 devices in the professional plan across the businesses. This will require a plan for each business as they will require seperate dashboards.
