Your data remains secure at all times. To replace a malfunctioning device, simply remove the broken tablet from your Admin Dashboard.
Click the menu link in the dashboard App Devices and from there delete the device that you need to remove. This will free up the spot in your POSable subscription plan.
Next, install POSable on a new device and log in using your credentials. All your products and settings will synchronize automatically, ensuring a seamless transition without any data loss.
There is no need to add the device in the Admin Dashboard. This will be done automatically as soon as you login to the POSable app on the device.
